Manual Catalyst Cleaning
Utilizes oil and moisture free air to dislodge and clear out ash and other debris that has compacted inside the catalyst pitch.
Sonic Horn Installation & Repair
Sonic Horns send sound waves through the unit to aid in the flow of the ash as it moves through the SCR. Their maintenance includes testing, cleaning of the bells, installing new diaphragms and retrofitting of existing horns.
Air Cannon Installation & Maintenance
Air Cannons are utilized to forcefully move ash into the gas path for better flow through the catalyst. Their maintenance includes testing, cleaning of the nozzles, installing new valves and retrofitting of existing cannons and nozzles.
Flow Rectifier Cleaning & Repair
Flow Rectifiers are installed between the turning vanes and the initial layer of catalyst to prevent swirling or rolling of the ash and gas path inside the unit. Their maintenance includes, cleaning, repairing bent fins and replacing broken fins.
LPA (Large Particle Ash) Screen Installation and Retro-Fitting
LPA screens are installed upstream of the Catalyst Modules to break apart ash and catch large particulates prior to passing through the Catalyst Modules. Their maintenance includes, cleaning and replacing damaged or clogged screens.
Catalyst Module Replacement
When Catalyst Modules reach their end of life they need to be replaced.
Replacement requires expertise in rigging, fall protection, safe material handling and correct module and seal placement.
SCR Inspections & Project Management
SCR Inspections encompass the entire unit from the ductwork and turning vanes to catalyst and air moving equipment. Once an inspection is completed a report is compiled and any issues, comments or recommendations are listed therein.
